Okay- I've been a tad slack on the blog front, becuase I have been very busy with christmas functions! Yes it's that time of year again, when thoughts turn to decorations of tinsel, pies made from sweet mince, dogs with reindeer ears and horizontally challenged men in red suits struggling to gain access to entry of houses via chimneys. It goes a bit loopy in the restaurant with back to back christmas cheer for the local offices and businesses. We will be looking forward to a christmas break this year- 2 weeks off for the chef who will be very happy indeed!
Spotted our resident platypus yesterday. He/She lives out the front of the motel in the creek and can be spotted feeding or cleaning her/himself on a semi regular basis.
Off to the last of christmas shopping today.
